More than 15,000 training hours delivered
Khidmah Training Centre Enhances Skills of Over 2,500 Staff in First Year of Operation
Abu Dhabi, 27 September 2020 – Khidmah, one of the region’s leading facilities management companies, has successfully trained and upskilled more than 2,500 new and existing employees during the course of the last twelve months. The trainings have been conducted by the company’s dedicated Khidmah Training Centre, inaugurated in September last year, and delivered more than 15,000 training hours across multiple Hard and Soft Facilities Management services.

The Khidmah Training Centre is led by certified trainers who deliver training courses and certifications to Khidmah staff including The British Institute of Cleaning Science certification (BICSc).
The Khidmah Training Centre is divided into zones that replicate real-life work scenarios that focus on different Hard and Soft FM disciplines including mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, cleaning, maintenance, and customer service skills among others. The Khidmah Training Centre was also during the last period training staff on the proper use of disinfection and sanitisation materials considering increased demand for such professional services.
